Use Duo Growly to support positive family routines. Be respectful in family chat, do not harass others, and do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

This document is effective from 24 April 2026. We may update it from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notify account holders.

• Sharing login codes publicly or with strangers.
• Uploading images or messages that exploit or endanger children.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Impersonating another person or household.
• Using the service for commercial resale without permission.

We may investigate reports, remove content, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe this policy or our child-safety obligations are at risk.
