Transportation Me Pty Ltd operates Duo Growly, a parent-led family habits and rewards service. We are responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

This document is effective from 24 April 2026. We may update it from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notify account holders.

• Parent account details such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with Google or a magic link.
• Family and child profile information you choose to provide, such as a child's first name, avatar, and mission progress.
• App activity such as missions created, completions, coin balances, reward requests, messages within your family chat, and calendar events you add.
• Technical data such as device type, browser, approximate region, and security logs needed to keep the service reliable.

We design child-linked experiences to collect only what is needed for the feature. Children do not need their own email address to use the kid app.

• Provide, secure, and improve the service for your household.
• Authenticate parents and supervised child sessions.
• Send service messages you request, such as magic-link sign-in emails or push notifications you approve.
• Respond to support, privacy, and safety enquiries.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms where necessary.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use child-linked data for behavioural advertising.

We use trusted service providers (for example hosting, email delivery, and push notification infrastructure) under contracts that require them to protect information and use it only for our instructions.

Information may be stored in Australia or other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information. Parents can exercise rights on behalf of children they supervise.
