Agreement

By creating a parent account, allowing a child to use a supervised profile, or continuing to use Duo Growly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the other policies listed on our Legal hub.

This document is effective from 24 April 2026. We may update it from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notify account holders.

Eligibility

  • Parent accounts must be created by an adult with authority to manage the household.
  • Child profiles must be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep login codes confidential.

Using the service

You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal family purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.

We may update features, run maintenance, or retire beta functionality. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid plans.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
