Parent and child roles

Parents control household setup, missions, rewards, and approvals. Child profiles access a limited experience using a parent-issued login code - not a separate public account.

This document is effective from 24 April 2026. We may update it from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notify account holders.

Parent responsibilities

  • You are responsible for activity under your household and for sharing login codes only with the intended child.
  • You choose mission content, reward rules, and whether to approve redemptions.
  • You should review child-facing content and device permissions regularly.

Household access

Where we support multiple guardians, each invited adult should accept our terms. Disputes between adults in a household are matters for you to resolve; we may suspend access if misuse is reported.
