Parent-led by design

Children use Duo Growly through profiles a parent creates. There is no public social network, no open messaging with strangers, and no behavioural advertising directed at children.

This document is effective from 24 April 2026. We may update it from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notify account holders.

What we collect about children

  • Profile details you enter, such as first name and optional age band.
  • Mission progress, coins, rewards, buddy customisation, and photos you allow for mission proof.
  • In-family chat and notifications configured by parents.

We avoid collecting direct marketing contact details from children.

Consent and withdrawal

By creating a child profile, the parent confirms they have authority to provide consent for the collection described here. You may delete a child profile or request deletion of associated data at any time.
