Who can request
Parents may request access to information about their account and supervised child profiles. In some regions, older users may have independent rights.
This document is effective from 24 April 2026. We may update it from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
How to submit a request
- Email team@duogrowly.com from the parent account email on file.
- Describe whether you want access, correction, export, or deletion.
- Tell us which child profiles are in scope, if any.
We may ask reasonable questions to confirm identity before acting on sensitive requests.
Timing and outcomes
We aim to respond within applicable legal timeframes. We may refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, repeat, or would undermine another person's privacy or security.
Deletion may be delayed where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
